Sire: Brinkton Brilliant

Hanna is probably the most consistent breeding cow in the herd. She is an Elite cow for muscle on Blups & is in the top 1% for Suckler Beef Value on Eurostars. Daughters in the herd include Nadrid & Primrose-Pet, who are both also leaving their mark. Her sons, Leeherd Kerry, Leherd Rio-Lackabawn & Leeherd Toby have been sold to pedigree herds.

Sire: Brinkton Brilliant

Another Brinkton Brilliant daughter who has proven to be a tremendous breeding cow. Her first calf, Leeherd Nero, was retained as stock bull but unfortunately was injured after just one season. Her second calf, Leeherd Rockie, was top 1% Elite bull for muscle on Blups. Sold at the Tully Performance Test Station sale in March 2005, he was exported to the Galliagh Herd of Mr. George Hamilton in Co. Antrim, & subsequently to the Killumpha Farm herd of Timothy Hamilton in Stranrear, Scotland. Two of her daughters, Solitaire & Venus(pictured below). have been retained in the herd.

Sire: Freighduff Brendan

Our last remaining daughter of Hall Valerie, Lady is one of the top breeding cows in the herd. Her first calf, Leeherd Rose, is retained in the herd. Dam of Leeherd Setanta, sold at Tully Performance Test Station sale in May 2006 & Leeherd Trojan, Munster Interbreed Calf Champion 2007.

Sire: Gretnahouse Supersonic

Another cow with Hall Valerie bloodlines, Lucky is the dam of Leeherd Supreme (pictured right), sold @ 9 months to the Littlerock pedigree herd, Co. Clare. Also dam of Leeherd Winnie, prizewinner at numerous summer shows in 2008.

Sire: Hillcrest Champion

Purchased as a calf from the Ballyedmond Herd, Princess was shown successfully as a heifer, being reserve champion in Dunmanway Show 2005 & Interbreed Champion at Inniscarra Show 2005. Her bull calf, Leeherd Ark Supreme, is pictured below.

Again purchased as a calf from the Ballyedmond Herd, Snowdrop has matured into a stylish cow. Her first calf, Leeherd Whisper, sired by Kilbride Farm Newry, looks promising.

Purchased as a 1st calver in 2004, with heifer calf Paula at foot. Maeve has matured into one of the finest cows in the herd, with her stylish heifers being the first sold from the yard year after year. Daughter Paula has been retained & is one of our top bull producing cows.
